2 beers and still 20 lbs down.

No gym yesterday. Decided I'd rather take grimble to dance class. Wasn't going to do anything but @Emerald_Dragonfly encouraged me to do something, so I went out and did 10 sets of 20/20/20 intervals (walk/run/sprint) and some situps and pullups. 

 

I'm feeling good. I'm productive, I'm more positive, I LIKE feeling healthy. Not losing weight, or feeling lighter, but actually feeling healthy. I had two (albeit high abv) beers last night and I woke up feeling crappy. I did not like how i felt this morning. This is an unexpected side effect of this challenge. I'm going to do an extensive writeup after it's all said and done. I have a lot to talk about.

Thanks. And it is, long term anyway. Obviously going to be focusing on explosive movement and running for the remainder of the year as I prep for my marathon, but otherwise, PL is where it's at for me. If my shoulder ever cooperates long enough, maybe strongman.

Down 21 lbs.

 

Yesterdays WOD: 7 stations, 2 exercises per station, after completing reps for both exercises, lap and 30 jax. 3.5 minutes per stations.

 

Staiton 1: 15 decline shoulder taps, bosu ball burpees

Station 2: 10 Hindu Pushups, 30 mountain climbers on gliders

Station 3: 10 Renegade Rows, 20 crunches

Station 4: 15 BB Skullcrushers, U bar Pullups

Station 5: 15 KB HIgh Raises, KB OHP

Station 6: 15 Landmine Rows, Wall ball side slams

Station 7: 15 DB one arm row, Bench dips (feet on another bench for added difficulty)

 

Definitely feeling it this morning. And I got sexually harrassed by Mrs G. Talk about an ego boost.
