Still, I didn't over indulge and just have a weekend blowout like I used to if I fell off the wagon and think fudge it.

That's still a decent win in my books! It's surprisingly hard not to just go crazy once you've slipped up once.

Quick update. Exam on Friday, so no training this week, trying to get studying done in the evenings.

10k last Friday
Went out walking and running around the park Sat and Sunday - Got halfway through a workout Sunday night but my son wouldn't go to sleep so had to lie with him for a while.

I'll be back on training next week, but I have decided to do a short two week cut before going on holiday at the end of the month. I utilise PSMF (Protein Sparring Modified Fasting) and cat cut bodyweight, with a good % of that being bodyfat, quite well with a 2 week PSMF cut.

Haven't been tracking just due to schedule, but when exams are out of the way I will be upping my training frequency for a couple of months. I'll post here about that.

So, as I mentioned I am doing a quick cut before my holiday. Due to the extra university work I have had before exams I haven't been eating well at all the last week or two really, put on a couple KG fat quickly (Midnight tuna and cheese toasties and red bull while studying...)

I utilise PSMF (Protein Sparring Modified Fast) for my macros, intermittent fasting and ephedrine + caffeine to suppress my appetite and burn a few more cals. This works very well, but I wont go in to more detail here, maybe another day. But happy to answer any other questions about my cutting method.

I'll post another progress pic on Friday.

81.2KG this morning, should be 77-78 by the time my holiday rolls around.

Had a week off of training completely, not really trained properly in a couple of weeks. Decided to just do a standard 3x5 strength routine for the next week or so, and get back in to my proper routine when I get back from holiday.

Squat: Warmup: 20KG*10, 60Kg*8, 80Kg*5 - Work 100Kg*5, 120Kg*5, 130Kg*3 (Hit a wall on my last set! First time I have had to dump the bar in my home gym)
Pleased with this, not squatted over 100Kg in a few weeks. Still sucks compared to my 135*5 I was doing a few months ago. Life getting in the way of training :(

Bench: WHAT ON EARTH WAS UP WITH MY BODY HERE.
It felt like my arms were shorter... I couldn't unrack or rerack the bar properly, I think because I have been doing incline bench for a while I have forgotten where my bench goes properly inside my rack, but I kept reracking under the pins and nearly dropping the bar on me.

Warmup: 20Kg*10, 40Kg*8, 60Kg*5 - Work: 70Kg*5*3 (This is SUPER low compared to my 1RM of 90Kg a few months ago and 5RM of 82.5)

Dead Row (Bent-Over-row Variation): Warmup: 20Kg*10, 40Kg*8 - Work: 60Kg*5*2, 70Kg*5 (thought to try it, was fine but too much body english)

Superset of curls and triceps extensions

Couldn't be bothered with abs, wanted my dinner.

Next workout wednesday.

Pretty much just sounds like you've lost some of the motor patterns. That stuff is the quickest to come back.
