Enjoy upcoming trips/cons instead of dreading them because I'm worried about hurting and being exhausted. Example: I attended ClexaCon in April and I was miserable. All the standing and walking caused me so much pain and misery that I barely had fun List of trips/events through the end of the year (so far) for feel good tracking (Also including a prior event that's been attended for tracking): ☑ Heroes and Villains Con 5.12.18 - 5.13.18 Other than the usual feet hurting, I was fine. My back hurt a little, but considering it was 2 days of standing and walking, I was not nearly as miserable as the prior Con. ☐ NYC Pride, Broadway Shows, and other stuff 6.23.18 - 6.25.18 - Goal: Survive ☐ Brandy Carlisle - Red Rocks 8.11.18 - 8.13.18 - Goal: Reach the top of the Amphitheater without having a stroke/wanting to die and not crying ☐ DragonCon 8.31.18 - 9.3.18 - Goal: Be able to have fun/handle all the standing and walking/no tears of pain or exhaustion ☐ Trip to the England and Paris 10.19.18 - 10.28.18 - Goal: Enjoy the trip. See the sites, not be too exhausted or in too much pain to have fun. Go on a couple hikes (bonus goal) Overall Life Goal of 2018: Get my house in order. It's a mess, it needs work (new floors, etc.). It looks like a den of slack and I'm tired of it. Plans to achieve fitness goal (generally speaking): Nourishment Limit Bad Food, but if I do eat it: Track intake When Dining out, make good choices Watch portion sizes No seconds or thirds or eating until I'm ill Track if I do any of the above Move Move at least three times a week NF Challenges Participate in challenges. Stats (Treadmill) Time: 28:19 Distance 1.2 miles Pace: 23:44 Walk/Recover Pace: 2.5 Run Pace: 4.3 Breakdown-ish (getting used to new interval timing app) 5:00 Warmup :30 ish (give or take a few) Run 5:00 Walk :35 Run 11:00 Walk - CRAMP!! :35 Run 5:00 Cool Down Notes: Don't drink water through a straw. This causes air bubbles and cramps and hurts badly. Need new shoes Sucked so bad until the last 10 minutes. Last 10 minutes felt pretty good.
