Tried the Aware app sleep session. Not really a fan. Too much silent space in between verbal cues without any background music or anything.

Nothin'.

 

Life things continue to get in the way and reduce motivation. Something of a nothing challenge (again?) but I know that eventually life will calm down and I'll pick it back up again.

Alright, final week, maybe I'll actually do something this week... though I'm on call for work so we'll see how that goes.

Totally unrelated to anything, but I just want to say that I HATE the phrase "Gentle reminder" in emails.

Hahaha yeah that’s some passive aggressive BS.

 

Makes me think of all the over the top signs in the UK that have to explain absolutely everything in an overly polite way. Like where the rubbish bin is (right by the sign) how to use it and why to use it. Drives me bonkers.

Since I started my challenge on a Sunday, I'm ending this one on a Saturday.

 

No super great accomplishments this time around, I don't think I even hit 100% for even one week, but eh, whatever. It got me back into something of a habit of lifting weights again, after I've transitioned away from that there circus lyfe.

 

 

But, whatevs. I'll get back to it next challenge.

Getting back into the habit was the main point of the challenge so I'd say you successed it!

Oh... as of Wednesday last week all our current projects are DONE. Not that there isn't more to do, but ongoing stuff, with contractors in and out of the house, ALL FINISHED. WOOO!
