The day was young and there was much to do and she wanted nothing more than to curl up in a ball in the dark, tuck her tail and continue her rest. But this was not to be, and she pulled herself from the safe, security of the blankets and pulled herself to fill her palms with fresh water splashing it on her face and drinking a few laps. The reflecting pool showed the dark circles and the tired expression. Yes... it is time for this one to change. ========== Hello everyone - I'm a recent convert to "druid" class after a bit of a hiatus for a few years. I am a recent medical school graduate and a stress-monkey so I am trying to address both physical health and mental health in a lot of ways, and hope I can build a sustainable way of being for myself that is rather challenging in the world of a resident physician.
