Teancum Posted July 4, 2018 Author Report Share Posted July 4, 2018 Challenge Recap: The numbers stand thusly: Eat one or less servings of sweets per day - 11/26 One day per week with NO sweets - 3/4 Eat less than 2500 calories/day - 18/26 Go to bed by 10:00pm daily - 18/26 Wake up and get ready at 7:00am daily - 19/26 Determine diet habits and triggers and adjustments to be made - YES Get new bank account - PENDING So overall not where I wanted to be. I clearly have a problem with sugar. But that's why I have the goal. I planned to move forward with that goal this coming month, but I'm afraid I'll need to push it back in order to be sustainable. But that's ok! That's part of how this plan is supposed to work. The others were not where I would have wanted them to be, but I think served their purpose enough as pre-requisites for the next month's goals. I did go through the diet habits and triggers finally, so that's great. I kept the bank account as pending still because I started the process, and am waiting on the bank now to complete it. I got my card today, so now I can call to put my wife on. Despite the non-ideal results goal-wise, I did manage to lose a little weight this challenge, so still heading the right direction.
