Hi all,

I am New here and finding ways to keep me motivated, and you guys look like the people I need!

I am using fizzup an app that you can get on phones etc

I did start originally back in late September last year but my partner got a bad kidney infection so had to help look after my 2 daughters, so stopped but then I had that drive come back to start again 21 April, so far been going for 6 weeks on average 3 times a week.

The app updated and I started the demigod program that builds up muscle by doing body weight strength training and on Wednesday last week completed part 1 of 3 of the program but pulled my knee so took 3 days off and got back into it this morning my knee still aching a bit but hopefully will get better soon.

looking forward to sharing my journey with you all and hopefully I can find some motivation too keep me going through you guys.

Hi all,

done my workout out this morning forgot to take a picture of the exercises that I done but I know there was rowers, close grip incline pushups, leg raisers and Norma push ups in there in a 3 sets.

know that leg risers sure work your 6 pack muscles as was aching for like 3 hours after lol

Morning Rebel’s,

Done my workout this morning, don’t feel so motivated at the moment but think that is because I am not sleeping great, Spider-Man push-ups definitely my nemesis and looking towards completing demigod as only 4 workouts left after today.

Any advice on motivation will be great

Woohoo completed the program this morning and am glad been a long 8 weeks now moving on too my next strength training workout that is only 5 weeks long.

I also managed to beat those Spider-Man pushups that have caused me nothing but problems all the way through the final cycle of the program so am over the moon how I progressed and that is with 4 days recovery as trapped a nerve in my back.

onwards and upwards

Hello everyone,

today I started my new program after completing the demigod one was really looking forward to it this morning and felt ready to go for it and smash the first evaluation, I was really impressed with positive thinking how much more you can get out of yourself and It proved that today.

looking forward to see how this one progresses over the next 5 weeks.

Evening all,

Done my workout this morning and really enjoyed it (even though slept rubbish) the trainer  quite a cool guy and is not as harsh talking like the demigod trainer the way he talks make it feels like your training on a beach just need to use imagination a bit lol

hope you are all enjoying me on my journey so far?

Evening all,

Done my workout this morning and I am enjoying it, that last set is always that hardest lol but am looking forward to seeing the results at the end of this program, am starting to notice that my strength is getting better as managed to carry a 32kg shower door at work down some stairs and too a customers van and didn’t struggle like I used too and also am finding that carrying certain boilers is a lot easier as well

Afternoon team,

Done my evaluation for the end of the first cycle of the New muscle building program I am doing found it difficult as slept rubbish and tbh even though I made progress still think that I should of been able to do more but on to the next cycle, and I am going to smash it (as yoda would say “there is no only do or do not no try”) upwards and onwards

Morning Rebels,

Got to be the hardest transition I have done in any of the programs, changed pull-ups too rowers as don’t have a pull up bar I pushed myself physically and mentally this morning I very nearly gave up but remembered what yoda said “ there is no try only do or do not” and I went with do so super proud of myself today
