Fitness/Diet Quests:

1. 3 Runs a week, including my long run as dictated by my training calendar (+3 STA, +2 DEX)

2. Keep doing Beginner Body Weight workout to achieve 4 real push ups! (+5 STR)

3. Lose 8# (Current weight 188.0 v Goal Weight 180.0) (+1 DEX, +2 CHA)

Life Quest:

4. Outline budget for wedding, and set dates on calendar for important events. Be ready when payments are due and things need to be turned in. (+2 WIS)

My Story:

Wandering across the mountain ranges of the west, I came upon another wood elf, who was running through the tree lined forest. I tried to keep up, because I knew he was waiting for me, but nothing I did would keep me at pace with him. Eventually I slowed, to catch my breath and I lost him. Dejected and worn out, I decided to dedicate my life to keeping up with this other elf...

Progress

1: ran 5k at run club, even though it was hot and I was exhausted.

2. Did 3 negative pull ups. Sore.

3. Not sure, weigh in Is today.

4. Called wedding venue to pencil in date. Called 4 of 5 parents. Last one is today.

this week:

1 and 2 not so good... Ran twice in the last 2 weeks and did 1 BW work out, because of work and general laziness.

3. Had a good weigh in on wednesday

4. called the event coordinator and confirmed the date

Goal Progress:

1. Run- all 3 completed, including my new 5k PR of 34:27

2. BW workout, included 2 real push ups!

3. Down to 185.3 (from 188, goal is 180)

4. Nothing to report :) meeting with the BFI soon!

3. Lose 8# (Current weight 188.0 v Goal Weight 180.0) (+1 DEX, +2 CHA) Current 182.7

Life Quest:

4. Outline budget for wedding, and set dates on calendar for important events. Be ready when payments are due and things need to be turned in. (+2 WIS)Reset the calendar on The Knot and am currently working on Save the Dates and Menu cards as well as other details that I can do early!

Goal Write Up

b. Completed at minimum 2 runs per week, including 2 awesome race PRs

c. +2.25 STA, +1.5 DEX

2. 4 Push ups (real ones) +5 STR

b. Can do 3 full sets of 5!!!

b. I lost 7!!! But I also lost a pants size!

c. +1.5 DEX, +.75 CHA

b. I am on target, including setting tastings and meetings with parents

This challenge was great for me. I feel like I really got a lot accomplished and I am pointed in the right direction for my lvl 50!
