Hello everyone,

I hate online introductions but I’ll give it a shot. I’m here to change my life. I recently found out that I have really high triglycerides which leads me to be at risk for a heart attack. I’m also classified as obese, however this was no surprise to me. I’ve got issues with how I look that leads me to depression, that depression leads to eating everything in sight which leads to weight gain. See how that works? Well I’m tired of being depressed, I’m tired of getting out of breath walking up a flight of stairs. The road ahead is long and challenging, I’m surrounded by people who are either negative, that’s why I am here to help find a support system of people who know how I feel and want to succeed as well as see me succeed. Any way that’s my intro.
