From Cap to Rogers and going back to Cap again!

The definition of ranger... I've been 205 pounds and lifting heavy (Captain American Strong!!)... I've dropped to 165 and running 19M 5ks, under 2 hour half marathons, multiple mile swims, while still being able to lift something (The Flash?)...  I'm now on a journey from a Steve Rogers 168 pounds (at 6'5") to Captain America.  (Up to 174 since May 2018) But wait! Cap can do more than lift heavy things, he also runs all over the place keeping up with the Avengers.  So, while reaching for Cap muscle and strength I hope to keep the ability to run fast over some type of distance! Maybe it won't be as far or as fast, but time will tell!

 

After reading fitness websites all over the internet I stumbled upon Nerd Fitness.  The way this site takes the BS out of getting fit seems just right!

Never forget the "P" in PR stands for personal.  Encourage other people's accomplishments.
