No breakfast Lunch: A slice of extra cheese pizza, some leftover steak, and ~half a can of LeSueur sweet peas /w less sodium 500mL bottle of water x3 Dinner: Will be making paleo spaghetti for the first time. (I bought some regular spaghetti noodles in case I don't like the squash). Posted picture of spaghetti have 5 bowls leftover! Was quite yummy! Quote Link to comment
Moonfall Posted July 17, 2018 Author Report Share Posted July 17, 2018 Alright, Day #2 battle log! Woke up ~9:30AM (Yay!) Drank a bottle of water, ate a banana then went on a 40 minute walk. It was soooo hot! But I got it done Lunch: I made a chicken breast with the simple recipe (Was hard to just let it sit there, but I did! lol) and I made broccoli, have enough from that for 2 meals. Snapped a picture of my lunch plate though. Dinner: I will eat the rest of that chicken and broccoli! Quote Link to comment
