Hi. I'm not real good at origin story's so I will just forgo trying.  My 13 year old son has conned me into doing Taekwondo with him and with doing a 2 mile mud run in October. I have trained most of my adult life but running and flexibility are not my thing. I really enjoy reading this forum and the support/community the members provide so I thought I would give it a whirl.

Welcome! I am doing my first obstacle course race in October and I am very excited! My best advice is to start slow and work your way up.  Martial arts should help with flexibility.  A couch to 5k program may help with building running endurance.
