Hey guys. I peruse here often. It is amazing what one guy with a goal can accomplish, Steve K thank you. I turned 41 last week. I weigh 300 pounds and need to change that. It is ruining so many aspects of my life. I'm sore often, have high blood pressure and fight depression. I don't want to change anymore. I need to. It's just so very hard and I just kinda need some guidance, any suggestions Rebellion?

Start small and don't give up! :D Life can be rough, but that doesn't mean that you should put up with it. You can gradually build up your small routines to accomplish what you're after. This place is great to keep track of your progress and have some support in harder times :) Good luck!
