Luckily, kids have to go to school - expat wives & families have to return - and schedules eventually go back to whatever “normal” consists of in a place that experience scheduled schedule shifts a solid 2-3 months out of the year. As far as I know, building yoga comes back in September - as do Arabic classes. Buuuuuuuut I now have a whole other thing going on, so ... Goal The First Continue on with the trainer for this 4-week cycle (which will take me to the end of August), and see what we can work out for September. I have a max of 12 weeks with him before I’m cut off. Trainers are expensive. We have a Monday/Thursday schedule, and it looks like arms + back then legs and sneaky core (at least going on this first weeks’ workouts). He’s happy with my yoga and thinks I should continue that 1-2 Days a week. I’ll co to us going to either my bougie place during the week - or to the hotel spa thing with DH on Saturdays when that’s around until my building chick comes back and I can do that again. There is also another yoga person starting back up Sunday evenings nearby - and we can combo that with scheduled dinner with friends in the same tower. Goal The Second With this new fitness overlord comes new macros: 1350 is my BMR (this is consistent with what I’ve always calculated it at), so stick under that in rest days; he allows for some weekend shenans 130g protein - which has surprisingly been hard af for me to hit this past week 70-something carbs - since I like low carb anyways (and that’s what works for my body) 80-something in fats (also seems reasonable - I’m not shooting for Keto atm) Goal The Third 2 videos (YouTube)1 recipe post (blog)7 picture of the day posts (blog)2-3 Instagram posts (x2 for both accounts)2 Group social outings1-2 one or two-on-one social outings1 combined friends & hubbies outing Pupper walks after sunsetTake 1 weekday of rest for me - research a destination or learn something about editing Keep up with my Nerd herdRanger Mini!! Antoni (cooking): Make something fab this week that doesn’t involve rotisserie chicken or roasted veggies Tan (wardrobe): Finally go through the damn thing, cull, try shit on, and write down gaps Karamo (culture): Do something - MIA since it’s air conditioned if I damn have to Bobby (batcave): Come up with a plan for dehumidification before this ish starts to grow mold Jonathan (grooming): Get a haircut. Barring that, a massage.
