(also, this is totally getting ahead of myself but I'm a) probably not going to be able to do a retrospective due to travel and b) worried about travel because I LOVE FOOD)

CHALLENGE TOTALS

1. Go for a walk eight times: 6/8

2. Salad lunch 11 times: 10/11

3. Finish one of my cross-stitch projects. 1/1, Design second project: 1/1

4. Work out eight times: 8/8; ride my bike three times: 3/3

 

This is going to be my last check-in on this challenge.  You know, overall I did a great job. Sometimes I overshot on one week, sometimes I undershot, but it all evened out over the course of the month. This challenge felt really good and I'm looking forward to the next challenge.  I'll probably keep everything on here. I'm hitting my modest weight loss goals and feeling good about that.  The items I think about adding are things like meditation/dancing, writing, more stretching, but for now I want to nail this set of tasks again.

 

While traveling, I'm going to count any days I walk more than 10,000 steps as a workout.
