I lost 70 kg but my hip?

Recommended Posts

Bioimpedance body fat analysis is notoriously inaccurate. You may need to still lose some fat, but more likely just put on some muscle. If you're looking at the butt (glutes) specifically, hip thrusts are a great option, along with bird-dogs, banded clamshells, banded x-walks, donkey kicks, etc. You should have a balanced workout though, that hits arms, legs, back, core, as well as your desired areas.

However, your ass is supposed to have fat on it. And some folks store their extra bodyfat preferentially on their hips/ass/thighs (this is a genetic thing) - which is actually MUCH healthier than storing fat in your tummy.

There are loads of different programs on the internet to give you a beginner weight lifting workout, if that's what you need. Welcome to the board, see you 'round!

...but I'm adorable! Ask anyone who doesn't know me...
