Running The Race

Hi everyone. Hope it's ok to hang with the Scouts for a bit. :) 

I'm getting into running, but hit a snag when I became sick. I was up to running a half-mile without stopping; but now I'm not sure where to begin again. I was doing Couch 2 5K; so my question is this: do I start over (it's been about 2 weeks since I've done any running)? Do I pick up where I left off? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

We saw a few wolves, but it was so hot that they weren't very active. They did do some howling though.  I love that sound. :)

They had a bonfire & music down by the gift shop.

I'm hoping to go back in the winter when they're more active.
