7:30am - Greek yogurt, blueberries, almonds, coffee

11:30am - Egg white omelette, zucchini chips

1:30pm - Coffee 

3:00pm - lettuce wrap, pickle, and seaweed chips

6:00pm - Decaf Tea

 

Fitness: 

Rest Day

 

Notes:

Weight loss continues, pretty sure it’s been water weight and it will start slowing down now. Just have to stay consistent on my current nutrition and exercise plan.

 

Have a really big project come up, not really looking forward to it as I only know how to do about half of what is being asked. It is however a learning experience with a more tenured team member, so if nothing else it will be a learning experience.

 

So very ready for Friday and the weekend.

Notes:

Been working out in an empty parking lot lately for my intervals with the kettlebell, Sandbag and body weight exercises. It is HOT out there. Find myself taking breaks not because I’m winded (though that does happen) but just sheer exhaustion from the sun beating down. Hopefully my body will adjust, especially since the heat is starting to ramp up around here.

 

Work today sucked, got a big project dropped on my lap that means I have to work through the weekend. Just trying to take it a step at a time today.

Notes:

Weight loss finally starting to plateau after initial 5 lb loss (water weight). Now it’s just going to be fine tuning things.

Notes:

Weight continues to drop a little each day and that’s okay. Consistency seems to be the key here.

Notes:

Lost another pound, love it when sticking to a healthy regimen bears fruit. Now just have to stick to it and know that consistency is going to win here. 

 

On a weird note, one of the medications I’ve been taking has made my hands and mouth shake. Apparently this is a reaction to one of the medications I’m taking so now have to add an anti-tremor medication. Tried one out last week and a new one today. Only real downside is I can’t have coffee (nullifies the medication), so back to herbal teas I go...

May have to change my intermittent fasting to 9-5 instead of 7-3. It’s just to weird sitting down to dinner with the family and not joining in. Taking baby steps toward something consistent.

Notes: Sliding up on the old scale again. Not quite sure why, may be the new medication. Will continue existing routine for a couple more days before reviewing the current plan. Should have eaten more than a shake after my workout. Got hungry in the afternoon and had to have a snack. Live and learn.

Notes:

Grandparents offered to take the kiddos for the night so got a chance to do an impromptu date night which absolutely ended up being a cheat meal. Did our own little dine around with all the restaurants in walking distance and had a really nice time. With all the craziness of kids, jobs and family, it feels like we’ve gotten out of touch, but when we get chances like this it’s nice to see we can still have a good time on our own. It’s taking work, but then again everything worth having does.
