JTS 2.0 Accessory Program

Recommended Posts

Hey, I'm doing the JTS 2.0 template and I wanted to get people's opinions on this accessory program layout?

Aside from wanting to build more general strength I'm also trying to target specific areas. First I'm looking to boost my squat coming up from the hole, second is increasing my speed from the chest in the bench, and third is my floor speed for the deadlift, and fourth is just building stronger lats benefit my shoulder health. The entire workout per day is 60-90 minutes depending on which JTS scheme day it is.

Does JTS 2.0 include pause squats? They're a popular item for increasing strength out of the hole; if they're not already in there you might try them. Other than that everything looks fine to me.
