I am the mother of a handsome and busy one year old, the wife of a gamer, and an avid reader. I have always loved sports but as an adult I have found it a lot harder to maintain an active lifestyle. I heard about NF through my friend that I have been working out with the past couple of months, but my family just moved halfway across the country and I started a new full-time job after being a stay a home mom for a year, so I needed additional motivation and accountability. My first goal is to take a closer look and decide on a specific, measurable larger goal for my life. (I have been saying I was going to do this for the past 2 weeks but have been putting it off, so I decided I had better just get started posting.) Smaller Goals 1. Do an Angry Birds workout 3 times a week 2. At dinner, focus on serving sizes - read the labels and eat accordingly 3. Plan and Do an activity/date with my husband once a week 3 Quote Link to comment
