I'm close to my initial goal of losing 7.4 kg, but as autumn arrives and the cold weather returns, I know that the hard work is about to begin. I was doing okay the first few days that I was away, but I had no control over portion sizes, was unable to eat greens (or any vegetables on some days) while staying with family, and even though I insisted at eating my meals at the table, there were always snacks in the livingroom. Then I stopped going for my daily walks. I did the bodyweight exercises, but rather than try to level up I was satisfied with the bare minimum. The only things I maintained were my meditation and ukulele practices.
