I've been powerlifting for about two months and I've got a pretty good routine going. I'm finally seeing some gains and I'm looking to take things up a notch this challenge. Sept 17-Oct 14 4 WEEK CHALLENGE: GOAL 1: Diet. Dropped another 2 lbs last challenge so I'm down to my final 8lb weight loss goal \0/ Unfortunately, I've also lost some muscle and all signs point to low caloric intake. For this challenge, I'm increasing my intake to stay between 1400-1500 calories on non-gym days. Can get up to 1700 on gym days to account for additional protein. (0/28) GOAL 2: Fitness. I'm trying to bulk and I know I'm not getting enough protein so I'm making it a goal to consume at least 40g of protein daily. (0/28) Any tips on this would be much appreciated! GOAL 3: Language: I'm doing well with basic phrases but I need to make my practice a little more complex. The plan is to check out one book in Spanish from the library each week (0/4) LEVEL UP MY LIFE: Debt. One more $100 payment and I'll have knocked off $1500 of this $4000 loan. I want it gone by 2019 so I'm rolling over this goal from the previous challenge: make a $50 loan payment each pay if surplus after bills funds available (0/2) . Side note: I'm still hoping to make friends and meet some folks in meatspace so please say hi!
