Upload complete. Install battle program ... Installation complete. Powering on. It's time for me to get my head back in the game. It's time to go a bit old school. I will see this through. Lifting, cardio, and meditation will all be a part of this challenge. Also, I have to not eat like an asshole. When I finish this challenge, I will have a good baseline to move into more specific challenges. Workout 4 days per week. No matter what. I somehow find a way to not do something. It's easy not to do the thing. No more. Weights and cardio in the form of jumping rope will be my guide on this. 0/4 - Weekly 0/16 - 4WC Meditate 3 days per week. This is usually not a problem, but for some reason, I fell out of habit. Time to go back to my roots. 0/3 - Weekly0/12 - 4WC Portion Control. Grading is subjective and difficult, but I will do my best on this. I am getting better, but with my diabetes, I need to be better still. Pass/Fail 0/21 - WeeklyPass/Fail 0/84 - 4WC Bonus Level: Glass work. I will finish at least one piece each week and post pictures! I have had many successful craft shows in the past couple of years and I am only improving on my technique. And Jitters Junior and Jitter Bug help. Last night was an awards dinner that my company was being honored at, and I had only half of what was on my plate. To be fair, it helped that I don't really like salmon. Still felt good. Feeling like I am getting some good workouts done this week. I may go run this weekend. It is an awesome place. They have it marked like a ski resort, so the kids know where their ability levels are. I'm enjoying my town more and more. Meditate 3 days per week. 3/3 - Weekly3/12 - 4WC Friday night was a good night to get some meditation in for me. After we closed the pool. Portion Control. There are reasons and excuses, but I sucked at keeping myself healthy last week. Ended up feeling sick Thursday and left work an hour early. Took the whole day on Friday which hasn't happened in a long time. Not much of an appetite on Friday, but Sunday was all the food in my mouth day. Workout 4 days per week. 2/4 - Weekly 6/16 - 4WC 4 minutes of jump rope on Wednesday and nothing for the rest of the week. Unless you count painting Meditate 3 days per week. 1/3 - Weekly4/12 - 4WC Got some meditation done Thursday morning. Trying to control how sick I was feeling. Mind over matter. Didn't work. Portion Control. Pass/Fail 20/21 - WeeklyPass/Fail 46/84 - 4WC Had a really off day for eating. Friday was nothing and Sunday was indulge in everything. It was a lot of veggies and dip and even a number wheat crackers that ended up being the whole box... Opps. Bonus Level: Glass work. I will finish at least one piece each week and post pictures! 0/1 - Weekly1/4- 4WC I had some progress, but nothing finished last week. This week, I will get more than one done.
