Big work event this week, involves a lot of entertaining of ppl and late nights. This weekend is a great time to start a reset. Saturday martial arts and Sunday ball hockey rolls into Monday weights, Tuesday martial arts, Wednesday rest day, Thursday martial arts and Friday cardio. Purposefully pausing till Saturday.
