September 24

I was expecting to get home, pass out on the couch, wake up eat nothing then go back to bed. Surprisingly I was fine with the hour and a half of sleep I got. Watched some TV, cleaned the kitchen up, unloaded and loaded the dishwasher and took out the trash. I also made lunch for the rest of the week. 

 

No Duh! routines 

MORNING : 3pts

AFTERNOON: 3pts

EVENING: 3pts

 

What’s your Damage? 

Unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, cleaned off the counters and threw away some trash.

 

Grindage!

No breakfast but I did have a half paleo lunch and a full paleo dinner! Although I had to make some substitutions for my dinner since my local Safeway didn't have pitted dates...

 

Toooh-tally bitchin’ budget 

No spending.

September 25

Tuesday I did some grocery shopping, not for lunches or anything but for cake mix! One of my book club buddies birthday was this past weekend and we are having craft night on Wednesday. I decided to make Oreo cupcakes and fall into chocolate cupcakes (chocolate cupcakes, orange extract, cinnamon and cloves). I discovered a new way to make cupcakes so that they are light and fluffy and don't stick to the paper cups. Although my fall into chocolate cupcakes turned into more of a Mexican chocolate cupcake....a little too much spice.

Cleaned out my nasty fridge and did tons of dishes. 

 

Grindage!

Paleo breakfast and lunch. Did not end up eating dinner because I was too tired to make anything and I had 2 cupcakes...

21.00 on groceries. Cupcake mix and some coffee pods for work.

Craft Night! I did no craft but I did complete my book club's 2019 reading list! It was a lot easier this year.

Went home at lunch to let the dog out and took out the trash.

Paleo lunch and McD for dinner since I forgot to make something to bring to craft night.
