Balkin Posted September 15, 2018 Report Share Posted September 15, 2018 Hello I'm Balkin, I'm the type of person that gets excited about a goal but it is hard for me to stay motivated. I'm hoping that by joining the Nerd Fitness community and tracking my goals will help me stay on track. I came across Nerd Fitness when I was trying to find a bodyweight workout routine. While on the site I came across the Level up Your Life book and got the audible version. After listening to it I decided to join up. I'm a comic, video game, anime, and fantasy nerd. I love martial art films. Main Goal 1 : Get in Better Shape 1. Eat the paleo diet for 5 times a week. 2. Workout for 20 minutes a day for 3 days a week. Main Goal 2 : Increase Knowledge 1. Practice a 2nd language for 10 minutes a day. 2. Spend 20 minutes a day learning how to make a video game. 3 Quote Link to comment
