Sept. 17 Food 4/4 Chips: 0 Fruit: 1 serving apples and grapes Veg: 1 serving carrots Water: 81 oz (just over 10 glasses) Exercise (not a Run day) 2/2 Walked 1.24 miles Body Weight Workout 1A (1 Rep with warm up and cool down) Life 3/3 meditate: 5 min read: Started re-reading Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone office: looked at exercise equipment (treadmill for when it’s snowing and I don’t want to wreck my ankle running outside). I decided against the used one that I saw online because upon inquiring further, the band was slipping and it was not in very good condition. Quote Link to comment
