Body Weight Workout 1A (1 Rep with warm up and cool down)

read: Started re-reading Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone

office: looked at exercise equipment (treadmill for when it’s snowing and I don’t want to wreck my ankle running outside).  I decided against the used one that I saw online because upon inquiring further, the band was slipping and it was not in very good condition.
