Better late than never

Ok, admittedly I am struggling to do another challenge without making it fun.  And I'm just struggling overall so I am gonna get something on the board to not just spin out.  Perfect is the enemy of good


Run 2x week

lift twice a week


I ran 13.1 last week and lifted once.


This week I have yet to run and lifted once.  I plan to get my second lift and long run in tonight
