Been a little lost of late - with Chicago as my only solid goal that is now down 

 

Right now I'm shooting for the Kaiser SF Half in February 2018! Part of me want to work towards a 2hr half but I'm not sure that is wise.

 

After that I'm going to do either the half or full of the BioFreeze SF Marathon in July 2019

 

Anyways next we figure out how to break these races down and make it work better for me.

You have the perfect training set up right now, you already have the base built up for the half, so you can dial back on the mileage while upping the pace of some of your runs and then continue building on that from half to full. Will you get down to 2 hours I don't know but I definitely think you will surprise yourself.
