I've been powerlifting for about three months and I've got a pretty good routine going. I'm finally seeing some gains and *maintaining them* so I don't want to start slacking now. Oct 22-Nov 18 4 WEEK CHALLENGE: GOAL 1: Diet. I'm down to the high 150s, which is huge. Less than 10lbs to hit my goal weight and I feel myself getting a little shaky with my eating habits so I'm bringing this goal back: Hit a 400 calorie deficit daily. (0/28) GOAL 2: Fitness. I've been making it to the gym consistently, but slacking on my rest day movement so I'm bringing this one back as well: go for a 20-30 minute walk during lunch each day. (0/28) GOAL 3: Language: Last challenge was a major fail because my library's digital inventory was pretty lacking in Spanish Lit so I'm going to go back to a goal I have much more control over. The plan is to do 2-5 activities in Rosetta Stone daily. (0/28) LEVEL UP MY LIFE: Debt. Saving up to buy a home means I need all the income I can generate. I'm working to maximize my time in the office: schedule all evening session slots each week (0/4) Bonus! I've also decided to choose 2-3 one-off quests to complete each challenge.
