Howdy,

 

My name is Emrys. I'm a 28 year old rebel. I've been powerlifting for about three months and I've got a pretty good routine going. I'm finally seeing some gains and *maintaining them* so I don't want to start slacking now.

 

Oct 22-Nov 18 4 WEEK CHALLENGE:

GOAL 1: Diet. I'm down to the high 150s, which is huge. Less than 10lbs to hit my goal weight and I feel myself getting a little shaky with my eating habits so I'm bringing this goal back: Hit a 400 calorie deficit daily. (0/28)

 

GOAL 2: Fitness. I've been making it to the gym consistently, but slacking on my rest day movement so I'm bringing this one back as well: go for a 20-30 minute walk during lunch each day. (0/28) 

 

GOAL 3: Language: Last challenge was a major fail because my library's digital inventory was pretty lacking in Spanish Lit so I'm going to go back to a goal I have much more control over. The plan is to do 2-5 activities in Rosetta Stone daily. (0/28)

 

LEVEL UP MY LIFE: Debt. Saving up to buy a home means I need all the income I can generate. I'm working to maximize my time in the office: schedule all evening session slots each week (0/4)

 

Bonus!

I've also decided to choose 2-3 one-off quests to complete each challenge.

[ ] Run for 15 minutes without stopping

[ ] 10 Second Wall Handstand

[ ] Complete 25 bodyweight squats in 2 minutes

 

Side note: I'm still hoping to make friends and meet some folks in meatspace so please say hi!

I just completely forgot the challenge started this week so I flaked on so many goals LOL. I'm just gonna log the numbers.

 

GOAL 1: Diet.  (4/28)

 

GOAL 2: Fitness.  (1/28) 

 

GOAL 3: Language:  (0/28)

Week 2 Updates:

 

I am really not doing well at all.

 

GOAL 1: Diet. Not as good as I might have done but still much better than I thought I'd do. My actual calorie intake isn't bad; it's just getting my activity level back up that's the struggle. (8/28)

 

GOAL 2: Fitness. I had a work training last week so I managed to get my lunch hour walk in 3 out of 5 days. Also realized I have to update my metric since I don't work 7 days a week. (4/24) 

 

GOAL 3: Language: Fail. Just utter fail. This was a bad goal to choose this time around. My brain is too preoccupied to even make the attempt. (0/28)

 

LEVEL UP MY LIFE: Debt.  I actually did well with this one. (2/4)

Week 3 Updates:

 

GOAL 1: Diet. Actually managed to succeed on this one this week. Though technically only because I could my BMR calories as well >.> (15/28)

 

GOAL 2: Fitness. According to Fitbit, I only managed two days. Bleh. (6/24) 

 

GOAL 3: Language: Trashing this one. (0/28)

 

LEVEL UP MY LIFE: Debt.  The only goal I'm not failing. Now if only the clients would actually show up -_-(3/4)
