First time participating as a Rebel! Here are my goals:


1. Achieve holding plank for 60s during beginner bodyweight workout (starting duration: 40s)

2. Achieve 10lb barbell squat during beginner bodyweight workout (start weight: 5lb)

3. Complete the On The Farm: Raising Children to Follow Christ 28 day study

4. Drink 60oz of water daily (and keep track of it!)
