bgvanbur makes health a priority again.

It has been a while.  My running is sinusoidal.  My diet has flatlined.  But this year I have made great strides in other aspects of my life.  Time to work on my health again.  And I have an 8 hour race on Nov 17 which works perfectly with this challenge.


1) Log all food eaten (myfitnesspal).

2) No sugary/carby snack food.

3) Run long every weekend.

4) Exercise every day.
