Thinking the Disney World/Land (the one in Orlando) in January as it would be ~1 year from my first half, which I ran there

For my first I dressed up as a running zombie...actually, I dressed as a runner and ended up looking like a zombie...

Haha, I snorted when I read that.

I'm too chicken to commit to a full marathon right now, but the one at Disney looks so cool. I've considered running the Disney Princess Half but I can't get over the registration fee.

Anyway...good luck with your goals!! Also, I think I'm going to steal your idea of putting my PRs in my signature. Good motivation to obliterate those times!

Agreed but the race is very cool

What kind of cycling are you doing? Indoor on your own? A class?
I'm presently re-evaluating this goal as it doesn't fit with other things my wife and I are doing and are trying to do. At the very least I'll do a some indoor work - preferably a spin class.

I did the Tinkerbell Half last January at Disneyland, my first half, and I have to say it was a pretty awesome race. Being as it was the first time they'd done that race the few snags in some aspects were understandable, course was very different from the Disneyland Half (which I'm signed up for in September). I've been thinking of trying to make the Disneyworld Marathon my first, but the trouble I'm having with that is that I'd be flying all the way across the country for a race and I haven't even managed to find the money for a trip to visit the parks over there yet. Maybe I've found my Life goal for next round. :)

Unfortunately I didn't complete all three exercises in the NF Basic Training Workout B due to lack of a space to do the body weight rows. Was going to hit the gym to do said rows, but the evening got more complicated than expected. But here's what I did!

Body Weight Lunges - 42, 40, 40

Planks - 49s, 45s

Could you use a kitchen table to do the rows? You won't be able to go as high, but I know that's something that people do (see generally: Convict Conditioning).

Thought of that, but we don't have a normal kitchen table but one with a glass top - its this one from Ikea - so the glass would just pop up the second I put my bodyweight onto it ... and that would be bad

I don't know what kind of space constraints you have at home, but I just fashioned something together with some 2x6's and pipe from Lowe's - cost me like 20 bucks.

msuroo - I was thinking of putting some pipe pieces together in an upside down U and bolt them to some 2x2/2x4 pieces this weekend.

That was my original plan, but the wood ended up being a lot cheaper than the pipe, so I built most of the structure out of 2x6 (think right side up U with legs and angled supports) then drilled holes in the top to thread a piece of pipe through.
