Completed Challenge Review

 

My Main Quest presently is to...

 

  • Re-establish consistency in my exercise and diet lifestyle.

 

I'm not going to 'grade' Supporting Quests.  Those support quests existed solely to (hopefully) drive progress in my main quest.  Here, at the end of an NF Challenge, the only question that matters is "What progress did I make on my Main Quest?"

 

I feel I've done well re-establishing consistency in my exercise over the last four weeks.  I exercised for 25 out of 28 days.

 

I'm also happy with what I achieved during that exercise.  I covered a combined distance of 255.6 km (159 miles), and completed 10k twenty times in a month.

 

 

I did not, however, re-establish consistency in my diet lifestyle.  While I did start off well, I allowed Thanksgiving (as usual) to knock me off my eating game.   I've been a bad boy.   Re-gaining purposeful control over my dietary lifestyle is something I'll want to make a bigger priority of in my next NF Challenge.

Did you get that perfect 60km on purpose or did it just work out to exactly average 10km/day by random chance?
