Quest 1: Wobbly Doodle Doo

Wobble board shoulder stability exercise (link). Goal: 15/18 weekdays

 

Quest 2: Physio

Goal: 15/18 weekdays

 

Quest 3: Isometrics/bouhler

Goal: 10/18 weekdays. It only counts if I do all the reps.

 

Quest 4: Calf raises

Doing this at work. No sets/reps/weights requirement, just do them everyday

Goal: 16/18 weekdays

Sorry I'm late! I couldn't decide which quests to do this time. Yeah, we still workout together once or twice a week (and she tries to teach me line dancing but let's face it I'm a terrible dancer).

I went twice so far, and both times I wanted to jump on/over the benches instead of doing a workout.

Might have to adjust my goals to give myself some more wiggle room. As it stands now, I can't miss wobble board and calf raises for the rest of the challenge to hit my goals.

I used to think it was 'cheating' but  @Happienumber convinced me otherwise.

I'm trying to get used to going to the gym since winter (a.k.a parkour off-season) is coming.

Super busy at work yesterday but that's no excuse for skipping physio since I should be able to do it on my breaks. I'll set an alarm if it happens again. I do isometrics/bouhler before work starts, so it got done.

Adjusting goals again! I feel like I've failed this parts of this challenge twice already but third time's the charm, right? If I can do everything for 3 days, I win. Except going to the gym which I only need to do once.
