Bodyweight Squat

Widen your stance more.  Keep your back more upright.   A good bodyweight squat is similar in form to a kettlebell squat.

There is a "ball" in my back; I think it has something to do with my Poland symdrome. For now, I think I can't do nothing about it. My back is fucked up, but I believe my posture is not bad.
