Things my new job has that the old one didn't: A consistent schedule A health care plan A pension plan A pay check twice a month No surprise schedule changes 30 minutes transit time All pros, really. I am so glad to be out of that old job! No more delayed pay checks, no more working half time because of a dearth of clients and no more 90 minutes transit time.
