1. Because I've been bad about this before, my first goal is to exercise at least every other day (Beginner Bodyweight Routine). On days when I don't do any official exercise, I need to do 300 jumping jacks and 15 pushups divided throughout the day.

2. Eat paleo at least 4 days out of the week. When I'm not eating paleo I need to be doing a 16-8 fast. I also resolve that if I binge on sugary or greasy foods one day, then I have to do a 24 hour fast within the next 2 days.

3. This was probably covered in the above goal, but it is to fast at least 5 days of the week, or any day not eating paleo. I'm going to try to do a 24 hour fast every 2 weeks. image.jpeg.08002ac257b2bbccad4d14db54c1e4dc.jpeg

4, Eat 2 servings of veggies throughout the day every day.

Well, those were my goals. What do you think? Anything that I can improve?

Welcome to the Rebellion!

Your challenge is pretty daunting, depending on where your starting point is. Remember, Steve is always about small steps to progress.

How often did you previously work out in 2018? If you already had an established exercise habit, then your fitness goal might not be too difficult, but if you only occasionally worked out, you might want to dial back from such vigorous daily exercise. Instead, maybe go on a walk or some other kind of active rest on days you don't do the BBWW.

How often did you do paleo previously? If it's already a habit, 4 days should be obtainable, however if this is new to you, maybe work up for 4 days weekly or decrease daily eating of non-paleo approved foods. Also, I would caution against mandating a 24 hour fast after bingeing. This could be seen as "punishing" yourself for bad food choices, which isn't a good road to travel down.

You have a great start though! I probably sound critical, but promise - it's to make you think about what will work for you, not to bring you down! Good luck this time around. :)

Thanks! I have been doing paleo previously, and can usually make it 4 days out of the week. The advice on the 24 hour fast is useful. I will change it to a 20/4 hour fast. These are also my new year's resolutions so they might seem a little harder than usual. Do you have any more advice? I love constructive criticism.

We are not sinners trespassing in the garden of an angry God.

We are prodigals come home; fully seen and deeply loved.

Put together enough small wins over a long enough period of time,

and you’ll find yourself in high level gear fighting dragons before you know it.

That's a long way. I watched some of it  livestream. It was a big crowd, and I wondered how long the walk was
