The grain industry spent a lot of time and money convincing us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day...personally I feel better when I ignore them and eat when I'm hungry!

 

I have looked into it before, although I haven’t tried it. I’m just not sure of the best way for me to go about it. I guess I have been doing it by accident though Lol.

End of week analysis:

 

Goals I met:

- walk 4 mornings per week. (I again managed a walk everyday).

- strength train 3 mornings per week. (I managed to strength train 4 mornings this week).

- write in my writing journal everyday.

- do a couple of sessions on a language app everyday

- speak to someone who speaks Spanish once per week. (I have managed to have a couple of conversations).

 

Goals I didn’t accomplish:

- stick to diet plan.

- enter the writing competition. (I have completed the second draft but I just need to add the finishing touches and the I will submit it).

 

How I’m going to improve:

- I’m am going to drop breakfast and consciously practice intermittent fasting.

- again I will continue to rewrite and edit so that I am happy that I couldn’t have produced anything better.

Coming from someone who has an artist sister, I know you will never *truly* be happy with what you have produced.

Challenge summary:

 

Goals I met:

- walk 4 mornings per week. (I have reached the point where I walk everyday).

- strength train 3 mornings per week. (I am able to strength train at least 3 times per week every week).

- write in my writing journal everyday. (I have taken to doing this in the evening before bed).

- do a couple of sessions on a language app everyday. (I am consistently working through the Duolingo app everyday).

- speak to someone who speaks Spanish once per week. (I have managed to have at least one conversation per week even if it hasn’t been long).

 - enter the writing competition. ( I was finally able to achieve this with a bit of a push from Jka14).

 

Goals I didn’t accomplish:

- stick to diet plan.(I found this the most difficult and while I didn’t give up I struggled to eat in a consistent manner, I think that moving forward I practice intermittent fasting and I will try and eat with more variation so as to not get bored wit my food).
