I fell off a bit at the end of 2018 due to life stressors and I'm trying to make a strong start in 2019. Consider this challenge my re-spawn! Jan 7th- Feb 3rd 4 WEEK CHALLENGE: GOAL 1: Fitness: I want to diversify my fitness this year. I've enjoyed lifting and intend to continue; I just want to work my muscles in other ways. I've avoided running like the plague (I hate cardio) and I haven't attended a yoga class in months (really bad previous instructor) so here's my first goal for this cycle: attend yoga or Run Club at least 1x a week (0/4) The plan is to alternate weeks. GOAL 2: Fitness. Last year, I accomplished my goal of learning how to swim. This year, I want to become a more confident swimmer so I am setting a goal to swim 10 laps at least 1x a week. (0/4) GOAL 3: Language: I 100% fell off with my Spanish practice so I'm setting a goal to get back to it. The plan is to do 2-5 1 activities in Rosetta Stone daily. (0/28) LEVEL UP MY LIFE: Debt. I racked up some good balances on my credit cards over the holidays and now it's time to pay the piper. This goal is to pay down Amazon or Citicard by $50 each pay (0/2) Bonus! I've also decided to choose 2-3 one-off quests to complete each challenge.
