JessFit Posted January 8, 2019 Report Share Posted January 8, 2019 Hi all, My name is Jessica and I'm a powerlifter who lives in Iowa. I used to teach yoga and really enjoy hiking and ballroom dancing. Lately I've been too busy being a grown adult with a demanding job to be much of anything else. My life is getting a bit more stable and I'm coming back to lifting, and also back to Nerd Fitness. I'm hoping that immersing myself in the community again will help me stay on track and accountable. I'm adding myself to the new person board because it has probably been close to 5 years since I've been on and I no longer have friends on the forum like I used to. I do still have friends that I met thanks to this forum though, and I'm lucky that I do. If anyone needs a cheerleader on their posts, let me know. I'll be happy to stop by and root for you.
