It has been a while since I tracked my food, and I'm preparing to do so again in a future challenge, but this has been my experience every time I have tracked in the past. It's like our eyes and brains just are not capable of accurately tracking how much we eat.

I think so... Haha.

Actually, if you come back at the end of the week and pick the challenge right back up, without letting the skipped week discourage you, it does count as doing great. It definitely counts as doing much better than all the people who were at my gym last week but won't be back this week because they have already given up on their ambitious New Years resolutions. You're winning here. Be proud of yourself for not letting the skipped week become two, or three, or a month.  :)

The only way you fail is by giving up.  As long as you are still here, you are still in the fight :)

And that means that you're succeeding! It's only a failure if you don't get back up when you fall off.

I'll skin my figurative knees a lot along the way.

Can't believe the challenge is over already! Will continue for the next challenge.
