I'm new to this forum and I was looking around, which led me to this subforum. I've wanted to build a calisthenics routine in order to train myself. However, I'm not sure how so. I'm just hoping that someone here can help me. My goals from this workout is as follows: 


  1. being able to gain weight 
  2. being able to develop a strong and good looking upper body 
  3. being able to improve my leg endurance 


If anyone is able to help, regardless of experience, I'll be grateful. Equipment I have is as follows: 


  1. Pull up bar (door)

Checkout the  Beginner's Bodyweight Workout for a starting point.  If that doesn't look like what you're looking for, you can also check out: the  Advanced Bodyweight Workout Start Bodyweight, and the  Reddit Bodyweight Routine.


And keep in mind that diet will be 80-90% of any change in body composition.  So if you aren't eating to gain weight, you won't gain weight.
