CourtnieMarie
just going to carry on over here. the next 5 weeks are a bit less busy than the previous and so i hope to make some more time at home. i have to force myself to be home or sit still because i love being out and about. we'll see. here's the deal: Challenge goals: two shortened weights workouts: one day will be squats and cable pulldowns; second day will be neutral grip OHP (or ez bar curls) and deadlifts. I would love to try and make it to the gym 3x/week but I’m going to keep it at 2 for now. 20 mins of running per week: planning this to be two 10-min sessions. I’m anxious to separate out a third running day and to lengthen the session but this plan only worked once in the past 5 weeks so I’m guessing I’m not ready to change it up yet. bring weekly sleep average to 7h40m. my TV off by 8pm rule has worked for Mon-Thurs. and now I’m decreeing that Sunday funday should always end by midnight bc then it’s manic Monday. finish thank you cards (0/4). I actually scheduled time in my iCal to get this done. complete dad’s taxes – schedule a time to bring documents to Spouse’s mom. track restaurant food – less than 3x per week. plan out weekend food and grocery list before Friday night. This has been working for me. I might want to add a vegetable goal for the weekends tho track yoga –20mins/week; bring back modified hip bridges and clamshells as those got ignored last challenge. set plans. 2/9: Red Bull Crashed Ice event 2/17: friends’ casual wedding reception 2/22: friend’s bday 2/23: cookbook club 3/1 – 3/3: sledding party out of state 3/8: capt marvel 4 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment

CourtnieMarie
Week 0 – Monday rough/slow morning. faxed over dad’s insurance app at work. slow work day. went to visit dad and unfortunately found out he will probably be moving to a facility that is over an hour away. that lead to a really frustrating night of trying to convince my aunt and uncle that I actually did get all the information and try and get them to explore other options (which they are today) but it was exhausting especially after a short night of sleep. I ate dinner and watched the first ep of The Passage (pretty good!). got cranky with Spouse because of everything going on, had a good cry sesh, and fell asleep. 8h42m did me good. 5 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment

CourtnieMarie
Week 0 – Tuesday woke up still feeling cranky because ya know. but got in 10 mins of yoga. visited my dad again last night. got home and took care of the pup, cooked dinner, ate it, and got to bed on time. Stayed up a little later than I should’ve listening to an audiobook and waiting for Spouse to get home from work (which didn’t happen until 2am apparently so glad I didn’t wait). Zero week is really trying me. thank goodness for frozen cod and hungryroot meals. Gym: 0/9 runs, 0/9 weights, 0/5 bridge & clamshell practice Sleep: 0/5 midnight cutoff, current avg 7h23m Life: 0/4 TY cards, 0/1 schedule dad’s tax appt Food: 0/10 weekend vegetables we had scheduled the gym for wed & fri this week. Spouse definitely wasn’t getting up for that (she left for work at 730am and got home at 2am the next day, don’t even get me started). I didn’t get up either. I decided to take a true zero week and not include my gym goals in my tracker for this week. I did add one extra because I’d like to still make it to the gym fri morning. but i'm planning to visit my dad at the much-farther-away place thursday night sooo we'll see how sleep goes. 3 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment
