Just do The Thing.  Even if it's not exactly what was planned or only for a short amount of time, do The Thing.  Having more momentum makes it easier to keep going when things get tough.  Anything is better than nothing, and even very small changes have an effect eventually.  And small changes are easier to snowball into bigger changes. :)

SAME. I feel like I relearn this the hard way every 3 months. and additionally, FOR PETE'S SAKE WRITE DOWN YOUR PLAN.
