Previous challenges seemed to fail because I was keeping it too complicated.
So since this challenge is around Valentine's day I will use the KISS principle.
 
1) A glass of water when I wake up
2) Cook at least once a week
3) Use the hunger scale before lunch
4) One exercise per day (dance, physio, whatever)
5) if the offer on a house is accepted, do steps to go sale agreed (TBD), otherwise go see a house every two weeks (I'm stressing out a bit on this) -- This goal to be updated on Monday

One day in and I'm tempted to call it out.
A colleague of mine (teammate) died yesterday and I was already down on Sunday missing my late grandad who died at Christmas.
Called my boyfriend, who came but had to leave early and barely hug me. The setting was not ideal and I was covered in snot, but I seriously question the relationship now.
I will see my therapist today, but I really need gifs right now

Therapy, prayer and really good news! That seems the combo to feel better!
I am very lucky that work allows some flexibility and they were particularly accomodating due to the circumstances.

Really good news will be shared when is official

First few days recap

Sorry for the hype, good news announcement still delayed.

Mmm, good news might not happen, or maybe the wait is making me feel paranoid.

Discovery: I drink water in the morning only if it is 'flavoured', so cold herbal tea is a yes. It's a bit weird

I am keeping up with some things, but feeling very down most of the times.
Yesterday I was quite good with intuitive eating looking at my hunger, but when I started lunch I blanked out and overate so much! I feel like I'm losing control, and I feel bad about it. Yet, my problem with control is big, and maybe losing control is a good thing?

I think this would be okay so long as your not drinking sweet tea or anything with extra "sugar" in it. Especially if helps you get a started in the mornings

Yeah, no sugar, no sweetness.
It's just cold herbal tea. I bet even just colour would do.
For some time I used vinegar, but that is not good for teeth

And... the good news became a bad one. I finally saw a house that I liked, put an offer that was 'cheap' (4+ times my salary O_o) and got a first acceptance.
It was a probate sale, so had to wait all iheriting to agree. The agent then stopped replying to me, no email would get a call back, no phonecall that went through receptionist. So I redraw my offer :(
Also I passed probation with my boss basically saying I'm average :(
I just don't need this shit now, I just want to cry.
I had a nice evening with my bf though.
All the rest is huge shit!

Realised I'm a bit behind here...
Things are improving, spring is coming! But I could do better.
I often wake up with a very dry mouth, brobably due to sleep apnoea. It's annoying and this morn I slept through the alarm until it went off! It never happen before!

I want to shout in anger!
The house I won the bid on (that would have been the good news) needed agreeing between all the inheriting siblings, the agent disappeared for weeks (emails, asking to be called back... all fell into the void), got a missed call yesterday (and couldn't get back to him again) and now the property is on open viewings again. It fucking hurts. At least the balls to tell it on my fucking face.
Temptation is to show up at the viewing and start shouting. Instead I will take that hurt toward myself again. Aaaaaa
