So Sunday it did snow O_o and it was unexpected.
I had this big realisation that I beat myself up for not exercising when I walk an average of 7km a day, mostly during workdays, and dance 1-2 times a week...

I have some issues with eating well and I was hiding it behind the kitchen accessibility when I have a microwave and fridge at work and I can always do rice and beans there. Then I can steam frozen veggies or have a salad. I can cook eggs! That is already improvement from current status. Next challenge will have a microwave task.

Sun, Mon, Tue:
1) A glass of water when I wake up 11/23
2) Cook at least once a week 2/4
3) Use the hunger scale before lunch 6/23
4) One exercise per day (dance, physio, whatever) 11/23
5) Go see a house every two weeks 1/2

Discovery moment: my mood is hugely affected by medication.
For a week I stopped all my medications (forgot to go to the pharmacy).
My blood pressure rised and I became angrier and more energetic.
Also I had no metformin (blood sugar regulation, used for my pcos) and the first day I had a eat all sugars you see, but then I am now keener to eat proteins than sugars. I tought I was getting out of control with sugars, turns out my body was self-regulating!

It's the end already?!? this challenge flew!!

Wed-Sun:

1) A glass of water when I wake up 14/28

2) Cook at least once a week 3/4

3) Use the hunger scale before lunch 6/28

4) One exercise per day (dance, physio, whatever) 12/28

5) Go see a house every two weeks 2/2

I am sick again default_sad.png

I did well enough on water, want to keep that up. I mostly drink it if I prepare tea the night before.

I am surprised about cooking, as I started cooking again, even if just a few days a week! It was easy and I was eager, now I want it even more!

Hunger scale got down the window, as food diary and physio exercises before it. These are 3 things I really would like to become a habit, but I can't find motivation (immediate reward) to push me.

A house came back to me, I was bidding in December on it. Keep fingers crossed!!

For next challenge I will track tea preparation instead of drinking, something around microwaving recipes (reheating allowed since I'll be at work), something around intuitive eating (emotional food diary?!?) and a home buying goal.

I am so sorry the house didn't go as planned. Hopefully things go well from here on it.

But great job reaching Mordor. You are ahead of me. Keep up the walking.

Great job on the cooking as well, and I am glad that you are excited to keep going on it

Fingers crossed for good luck on the next challenge.

Thanks Bean!
Alltogether I feel this challenge is a success, because I stand against all shite and remained sane.
I want to reboot 2019, and it's not possible.

Since next challenge thread is not up yet and I want to do week 0 here it goes:

1) Prepare tea to drink upon awakening (each day but when travelling)
2) cook 3 different recipes in the microwave (reheating is ok) but need to be from scratch (canned beans ok, beans in a sauce not)
3) Fill IE diary every day
4) not for week 0 (house related)

Bonus:
4) physio exercises every day
5) exercise each day (dancing, darebee daily challenge, ...) all but walking...
