Do you think the cramping could actually be due to an electrolyte issue?

I was wondering if it was a hydration issue. It could be electrolytes as I’m still trying to figure out the cause. If it is electrolytes, I’m guessing it would be a lack of potassium. I actually supplement magnesium to aid in blood sugar control and I get my fair share of sodium in my diet. I do eat plenty of avocados and yogurt, but I don’t bananas anymore because of their high sugar content and this time of year I don’t get as much fresh spinach, Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes. So, I guess my potassium could be a bit low. Hmm, interesting thought...
