JessFit
My weekend did not go as planned. I got way too little done as far as being productive on PHDs and packing. I did LOVE doing the readathon and made it through 8.5 books in 15 hours. I haven't been sleeping well and yesterday, after 3.5 hours of sleep, I decided to do lighter weight volume squats and shoulders instead of my usual workout... I have regrets but tonight is devoted to packing and recovery. Goal 1: 97.26% compliance and 155.5 lbs Goal 2: Get to the gym 3x/week: 6/15 Squat 185: DONE Goal 3: Yoga 2x a week! 5/10 Goal 4: Skincare! 11/20 Goal 5: Going really well, on project number 5 2 Quote Warrior, Ravenclaw, book lover, history nerd, Red Sonja wannabe Current Challenge Battle Log Link to comment

I still haven't finished my 1 book hahahaha so close though. I hope you feel better and more rested today! Thanks, I like to read lol. Last night I did the packing of the garage for the move. I alternated packing with jumping rope, my calves are CRANKY today. Dunno what I'm doing at the gym tonight, but my new programming should be coming from my new coach tomorrow. Half tempted to skip workout and sleep today, but I know that if I want to successfully see gains, I've got to consistently put in the work. I did a tiny bit of yoga and did skincare last week. Since this is the final week of the challenge I doubt I'll be able to make those numbers up. I'm unsurprised that I've missed so many lifts as I neglected to count in the wisdom teeth removal when I set this goal. Today is HALFWAY through my cut! I feel incredible to be at the halfway point and over the hump. I started at 166+. My heaviest weight was 170. Today I weighed in at 155 exactly. Now I've got to survive the second half of the cut. Goal 1: 97.35% compliance and 155.0 lbs Goal 2: Get to the gym 3x/week: 8/15 Squat 185: DONE Goal 3: Yoga 2x a week! 6/10 Goal 4: Skincare! 12/20 Goal 5: Going really well, on project number 5 2 Quote Warrior, Ravenclaw, book lover, history nerd, Red Sonja wannabe Current Challenge Battle Log Link to comment
JessFit
I skipped the gym on Tuesday and did conditioning in my garage instead. I'm still going to count it... It was a great workout! Zero regrets. I've slept a lot the last two nights, which I needed. Also zero regrets. I'm having some major cravings rn bc its shark week and this diet doesn't really allow for junk food. Technically I'm past the halfway point and the end is in sight! Stay strong and avoid the sugar cravings. Plus I've lost quite a bit of my chubby middle, so I really need to just stay committed. Also, packing is going well and I'm far ahead of schedule. Personal weekend goal: To finish my quilt before the end of the challenge. Goal 1: 97.4% compliance and 154.3 lbs Goal 2: Get to the gym 3x/week: 9/15 Squat 185: DONE Goal 3: Yoga 2x a week! 7/10 Goal 4: Skincare! 14/20 Goal 5: Going really well, on project number 5 Quote Warrior, Ravenclaw, book lover, history nerd, Red Sonja wannabe Current Challenge Battle Log Link to comment
JessFit
Started my new programming last night with heavy squats and volume bench. I'm excited to have someone new doing my programming and be following a slightly different style of programming, I think I'll learn a lot. I'm sore as heck today. Since I can't really consume all the junk that I want right now, I'm snacking on green peppers and pickles and Sprite Zero in an attempt to fill my belly. I feel old, I'm really excited that my weekend includes cleaning, high school theater, sleeping, meal prep, and working out. Sweeney Todd here I come! Goal 1: 97.56% compliance and 154.2 lbs Goal 2: Get to the gym 3x/week: 10/15 Squat 185: DONE Goal 3: Yoga 2x a week! 7/10 Goal 4: Skincare! 14/20 Goal 5: Going really well, on project number 5 3 Quote Warrior, Ravenclaw, book lover, history nerd, Red Sonja wannabe Current Challenge Battle Log Link to comment

JessFit
Next challenge is up! This challenge was incredible, even if it didn't go according to plan. I'm feeling fantastic at the end of it and I'm excited and motivated for the next one. Didn't quite finish the quilt, but all I've got left is the binding.
