If you want something on the off day , try yoga, or walking, or something that you would consider gentle movement. Sloth the Enduring Posted March 18, 2019 Report Share Posted March 18, 2019 I agree with Elastigirl. If you want to do both. I’d alternate. You could also combine them. The programs are similar.
