No, it is not giving your body enough time to rest. I would give it a day in between. If you want something on the off day , try yoga, or walking, or  something that you would consider gentle movement.

I agree with Elastigirl.

If you want to do both. I’d alternate.

You could also combine them. The programs are similar. You could swap jumping jacks for the swings, push ups for the presses, and pull ups for the rows.
